I am unable to replicate this. Please post the relevant endpoint configuration from pjsip.conf, and voicemail.conf.

Also what is the output from the following:
{noformat}
ls /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/
{noformat}
and if the "device" directory exists then ('##' = extension number):
{noformat}
ls /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/device/##/INBOX
{noformat}
