> If you are tracking the confbridge participant's mute status it is helpful to know the channel's initial muted status rather than assuming all participants are configured to start a certain way.  This issue adds the Muted header to the AMI ConfbridgeJoin event.
> If you track channels by their unique id rather than their channel name, the ConfbridgeList events generated in response to the ConfbridgeList AMI action needs to add the Uniqueid header to the event.  This issue instead adds all standard channel snapshot headers to the ConfbridgeList event to replace the few hand-coded channel snapshot headers already present.
