Have seen several crashes on call setup with ILBC -> ULAW with dialplan output of the following:

[2018-08-27 11:08:50] Asterisk 15.2.2 built by root @ den-media-99.com on a x86_64 running Linux on 2018-08-22 17:43:49 UTC
