yes, it is built from sources after upgrade to centos 7.4 on the same system.
but 13.16.0, built before upgrade from 7.3 to 7.4, failed to start with almost the same error after OS reboot with new kernel.

here is  my configure:

./configure --with-pjproject-bundled
