The system has 12 cores and 48GB RAM . All the details are attached when the problem is not there . 
File pjsip_settings has output of pjsip show settings
File stasis.conf is attached and ithas default settings
File server_info has of core and RAM 
File tast_noproblem is how the taskprocessor looks like when the problem is not there .
Rest information i will send at the time of issue .
