    Add mute,dtmf_passthrough to ARI add channel to bridge
    
    This adds two options to the bridge/addChannel operation:
      - absorbDTMF : do not pass DTMF from the channel to the bridge
      - mute : do not pass audio from the channel to the bridge
    
    This is implemented based on the community discussion here:
