[~aaron] and [~agupta] please follow the issue guidelines \[1] and stop pasting large blocks of backtraces in the comments.  Attach them to the issue with a .txt exten with the More->Attach-Files pull down menu.  You can refer to files in the comments like this \[^filename] where \[^11.log] becomes a hot link like this [^11.log].

[~aaron] What Asterisk version are you using?  The line numbers do not match the version posted by [~agupta].  Turning off optimization helps a lot when making sense of what is happening.
