There are 2 upstream deadlock patches that should be merged into the bundled pjproject.

The second patch will require a configure.ac and pjsip_distributor patch to detect and use the new pjsip_tsx_layer_find_tsx2 function instead of pjsip_tsx_layer_find_tsx.
