Add the ability of the {{CHANNEL()}} function to return the callid used in the logs.

{{CHANNEL(callid)}} will return the {{\[C-00000000]}} call identifier string so dialplan has access and can save it for future reference in case there is a need to grep the logs if there were a problem.
