re: Support.

Digium offers several different levels of Support.  The only level of support that includes Engineering level work, specifically regarding bug-fixes of a non-architectural nature, is the Support offered under our L5 category.  If you do have an Support agreement with Digium, the proper channel for utilizing that is directly through Digium's Support department - www.digium.com/support - not through the open source issue tracker here.
