Being that chan_sip is under extended support now, I'm curious if you can reproduce the issue with chan_pjsip since that is where the core development focus is.

Additionally, if you can provide a packet capture that correlates with a new debug log that would be really helpful in providing further clues into what is going on. If you can do this for chan_sip and chan_pjsip, even better.

Please attach sip endpoint configuration and relevant dialplan as well.
