There where some recent fixes in regards to name recordings (option announce_join_leave) within Confbridge app, but there are still couple of corner cases which are not solved:
1) When recording name and if during recording you hangup, file is never removed. This is due to the fact file location is nulled. 
2) When recording name and if you hangup during thank-you prompt, file is never removed.

Files are stored by default at:
/var/spool/asterisk/confbridge
