If the endpoint ist configured with rtp_ipv6 = yes, the address Type in SDP is wrong:
o=- 2973659568 4 IN IP4 2a01:4f8:c17:711:4000:84ff:fe3a:83cd
c=IN IP4 2a01:4f8:c17:711:4000:84ff:fe3a:83cd

It has to be c=IN IP6 ....
