Am looking for a way to statically add a hot desking agent to queue via the queue.conf file as i can't use member=SIP/XXX since SIP/XXX is for device not agent and Agent/XXX is recorgnised as invalid.

Am using Asterisknow with asterisk 13.

Your help will be highly appreciated.
