Maybe, I am not sure - ASTERISK-26400 is related to AMI and redirects, my issue is related to attanded and blind trasfer via phone. However, I can confirm that issue is not present if I disable wrap up time, wasn't aware of that.

I'll leave it to experts to decide if ticket should be closed as duplicate.
