Yes Etienne, there are remarkable similarities to your bug report ASTERISK-26400
I am not using AMI "Redirect".  It is simple to reproduce with any type of transfer in my case.  Not sure if you have tested other transfer methods when wrapuptime = 1 or greater
However given that the patch in ASTERISK-19820 was committed back in December 2015 I am not surprised to see others reporting this type of app_queue behavior.  This regression reminds me of the old days prior to state_interface implementation.
