log_member_name_as_agent doesn work. In log I get (100 - extension, Alex - extension name):
1483430588|MANAGER|help|Local/100 at sip/n|ADDMEMBER|
1483430591|Tv-1483430590.0|help|Alex|CONNECT|0|Tv-1483430591.1|0

I cant found somethig aboute removing this options in README. 
Resulting statistics are collected incorrectly.
