A few more things to check :-)

What's the output of the following CLI commands:

*CLI> core show translation
*CLI> core show translation paths opus
*CLI> core show translation paths gsm

As well as the following, which should be executed on the running call (<channel id> can be retrieved from executing "core show channels"):
