Have you also experienced this under a current supported version of Asterisk?

Unfortunately Asterisk does not seem to be reporting the fax sessions correctly.  If I send a fax and it times out 'fax show sessions' shows that there are 0 sessions active, but if I try to send another fax it gives this error:
