> Pretty straight forward reproduction steps:
> A calls B
> A attended transfers to extension 1,1,BridgeWait('bridge_name')
> A completes the transfer after starting to hear music on hold
> B transfers into the holding bridge and is immediately ejected
> Note that if a party C is already hanging out in the holding bridge, the transfer will be completed normally.  This makes me thing the bridge is being dissolved during the transfer, possibly as part of the mechanism by which BridgeWait bridges automatically dissolve when emptied.
