> When an outboundproxy and qualify=yes are set, the OPTIONS message gets sent directly the the sip host instead of to the outboundproxy.  Verified with tcpdump.
> All other messaging respects the outboundproxy setting and calling, etc work fine.  As a workaround I just turn off qualify, this just makes outbound trunk failover pokey.
