We'll need some more information in order to proceed with the issue. Are you able to monitor your system and collect more debug to see if there's any pattern or condition that needs to be met in order for this issue to show up? If you're unable to locate the cause of the problem, we can try looking at some specific areas in the source code and determine what it could be.
