For some external applications, will be useful to have "tag" in "From" and "To" headers in a SIP dialog.
We want to make a new SIP call with "Replaces" (See <https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3891.txt>) header from another server, and to enable this, we need these tags.

I think that this can be useful to other applications that want to manipulate an already established call.
