FYI: as this is not the only customer who uses the Pickup Function put the only one showing these symptoms we'll also try to avoid time consuming name resolutions as this is currently the only difference I have in mind (apart from the number of mwi subscriptions) compared to other systems (this system has a cname that most clients use, the real hostname is always in the hosts file, but not the cname in this case, so it's at least worth a try to put the other hostname in there as well).
