Which channel driver are you using chan_pjsip or chan_sip?
If chan_pjsip are you using the bundled version of pjproject?  If not, you must use the bundled version for us to be able to assist you.  https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/PJSIP-pjproject

What version of libsrtp are you using?  If it's the CentOS7 provided package at 1.4.4, then that's an old version not even available any more.  Try installing the latest version (1.5.4) from source and see if you still get the crashes.  You can get libsrtp from https://github.com/cisco/libsrtp

Finally, you'll need to provide some backtraces for us to examine.  Follow the instructions at https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Getting+a+Backtrace on how to generate them.
