A translation codec for opus is being released. In order to support it Asterisk needs a few things updated:

res_format_attr_opus - clean up the file and add required functionality to support the translation module (reading/writing of parameters, etc...)

format_ogg_opus - add a new format module that can handle reading of opus files.

Add download ability to menuselect
