On Asterisk 13.10 and also on 13.11.2, PJSIP stops working and the only clue that is left is a WARNING in the logs which say:

[2016-09-15 19:07:34] WARNING[2043] taskprocessor.c: The 'pjsip/distributor-0000004a' task processor queue reached 500 scheduled tasks.
