Thank you for your response, Steve. 

We're currently using pjproject-2.5.5, configured asterisk-13.11.2 with bundled pjproject (--with-pjproject-bundled). 

>From what I can tell your patch could also be applied to pjproject-2.5.5 as the function on_timer(pj_timer_heap_t *th, pj_timer_entry *te) is unchanged between pjproject-2.4.5 and pjproject-2.5.5. 

I will give it a try!
