We don't have the resources available to investigate non-bug reports on the issue tracker.

You might try the https://community.asterisk.org site first, then the asterisk-users mailing list. The users there can give you tips on what troubleshooting path to take. Good luck!

> I realize this is probably not an Asterisk bug, but I'm absolutely stumped and about to lose my job because of this.
> We have 40 Asterisk servers (64-bit CentOS 6). All servers are running asterisk 13.12.1 with the same trunk configurations and the same extension/IVR configurations, etc.
> Servers 1 - 20 are having no issues at all. Work flawlessly. Servers 21 through 40 are having random, intermittent, one-way audio issues. There's no rhyme or reason to it. Naturally, every time I do packet captures, no one reports anything, but the moment I look away...
> What could it be? There are no similarities between the customers on any of the servers - different hardware, different firewalls and internet connections, etc. We've been in business for over a year with no issues, no NAT problems, etc.
> Our infrastructure has no firewalls or routers, the VMs have straight access out our fiber trunks.
