While we have some CLI commands for ARI, we don't currently have any that show the current status of ARI applications. The patch linked on the Gerrit review adds the following:
* {{ari set debug}} - enable debugging on ARI applications. This will dump ARI events to the CLI.
* {{ari show apps}} - list all registered ARI applications.
* {{ari show app}} - show detailed information about a registered ARI application.
