Oh and just to confirm, 13.11.2 with the patch works.

However, when doing a core show channel I get a different result

NativeFormats: (opus)
    WriteFormat: opus
     ReadFormat: slin
 WriteTranscode: No
  ReadTranscode: Yes (opus at 48000)->(slin at 8000)
