I am using asterisk 11.17.1  but constantly facing error while i am using SIP only. not cisco skinny.

chan_skinny.c: Skinny Client sent less data than expected.  Expected 4 but got 0.
[Nov 30 21:57:58] WARNING[3827] chan_skinny.c: Skinny Client was lost, unregistering

What should i do to fix it? 

I found that  we can add

noload => chan_skinny.so

to your modules.conf to not load the module.

I want to know what the warnings mean. Is it critical ?
will disabling above module affect asterisk ?
