The alembic script for voicemail does not create columns for all options available in voicemail.conf.sample (https://github.com/asterisk/asterisk/blob/master/configs/samples/voicemail.conf.sample) nor does it create the same columns as previously available in past voicemail table sql scripts such as 'saydurationm' and 'hidefromdir'
