I've just updated to 13.12.1 and when i do  asterisk -r I get 

No ethernet interface found for seeding global EID. You will have to set it manually.

if I do asterisk -rx "sip reload" the command is not executed

using asterisk 13.10.0 works ok

what kind of debug or info would be good to follow this issue?
