13, 14, doesn't matter, we're having all sorts of strange random one-way audio issues. These issues didn't occur for the last year, and no matter what asterisk version I use, they still happen.

It's got to be something within our infrastructure, so we may just want to close this ticket until I can at least get uLaw to work without one-way audio problems.
