Asterisk 13 does not provide "contrib/realtime/mysql/mysql_config.sql" That directory is left from an older Asterisk version.
You can try the schema deployed from Alembic: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Managing+Realtime+Databases+with+Alembic
I think that was probably tested with res_config_odbc, which is under core support, whereas res_config_mysql is extended support.
If res_config_mysql requires a different schema then you may want to submit a patch for an alternative template for alembic.
