Add the dialed extension to the call log when an attended transfer is sent to a non-phone extension (for instance IVR, conference, queue, etc...). Currently the Asterisk ATTENDEDTRANSFER cel event is missing this info inside the eventextra field.

I would need to know which non-phone extension (if any) the call is being transferred to. So if a call is being assisted transferred to IVR extension 800 I need the value "800." The app name "Playback" doesn't really help me in terms of call logs.
