We should create a page for FollowMe under https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Applications

It should provide:

* A basic description of the concept of Follow Me or Find me Follow me type features used in PBXs and Telcom.
* How is Asterisk's FollowMe different or unique?
* Point to the application documentation.
* A couple examples of configuration and resulting behavior in logger output.
