Please attach all configuration related to the database connectivity and music on hold. 

In addition include a verbose and debug log capture during when you run the commands mentioned - and during anytime a lookup should be happening.

> Realtime music on hold is not working on Asterisk 13.7.2.  Used alembic to create database and all realtime tables.  All other realtime configurations work (pjsip, iax, queues, etc).  Only classes specified in the musiconhold.conf file are listed with moh commands in Asterisk CLI.  Asterisk does show that the config mapping is set to the database.
