Still Critical at Asterisk 11.20.0 and 100% reproducible

ChanSpy SIP/206 on SIP/402
CLI> originate Local/402 at internal extension 80808080 at external
while SIP/402 is ringing, hangup ChanSpy SIP/206
answer SIP/402
Local/402 Dials 80808080 external
answer 80808080
hangup SIP/402

AMI originate, same issue

A fix would be appreciated
