In asterisk-11.21.0 you apply commit 48dd99d2b4d6938b528f9f6aca98d36b60c5513b, compile and install. If you execute "core show taskprocessors" the output is repeatedly:

app_queue ... 78, 79, 80, ...

The CPU is increasse. Without commit the output is normal:
