Register an endpoint to Asterisk PJSIP and the CLI says 'Endpoint XXX is now Reachable'

Unregister the same endpoint and instead of saying 'Endpoint XXX is Unreachable', the CLI displays the following:-

ERROR[1963]: res_pjsip/pjsip_configuration.c:197 persistent_endpoint_contact_deleted_observer: Unable to create ast_sip_contact_status for contact 202/sip:202 at 80.41.111.172:52840;rinstance=0d0f9106049fa741

I've tested with 13.5.0 and that version works as expected with the CLI saying 'Endpoint XXX is now Unreachable'.
