> Bamboo ran a full testsuite job with REF_DEBUG enabled.  This was important to help ensure code updated did not introduce reference counting regressions as well as helping the community address existing leaks.  Previously the REF_DEBUG testsuite was run weekly, I feel it should also be added to the pre-release checklist.
