Looks like you forgot to include all the log channel types.

I don't see ERROR messages specifically, but I also don't see DEBUG.

Make sure to get "warning,error,notice,verbose,debug" with verbose and debug turned up to level 5 or above. Make sure that the SIP trace is included (as you have with the current log).
