The issue was introduced with new feature in_call added to the app_queue. 
There is no problem we we revert back to previous version Asterisk 11.21.2.

Test scenario:
Enable the following options in Queue:
joinempty = yes
ringinuse=yes

Add a single member to Queue.

Make multiple calls to Queue, first call is answered, successfully, the second call causes asterisk to crash.
