[asterisk-bugs] Asterisk 11.12.0 voice quality issues on peak hours

Guys,

We are using Asterisk 11.12.0 + FreePBX + Elastix based system.

There are 3 Telecom SIP Trunk and one CISCO SIP TRUNK.

Hardware Info :

Manufacturer : HP.

 24 Processors.
24 X  Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU           E5649  @ 2.53GHz

RAM: 32 GB.

OS: 64 Bit. Centos 5.5

We are facing call quality issues when we have more than 30 concurrent
calls.

when we make restart asterisk system it works for one day or even less;
then again call quality issues raises.

Can you anyone  help us to fix this issue ?
