It's fairly rare, once every week or two, across 46 servers (one server will deadlock) - so that is ~ once per year.

We'll get debug_threads in.  I thought I'd heard something about debug_threads being the cause of many sigsegvs and we've had it disabled to help with webrtc crash debugging.
