Thanks for the additional information.

We do have some people performing a variety of stress testing with Asterisk right now so I will provide this information to them and if we find something similar to this we'll re-open or open a new issue. Thanks!

In the meantime if someone can find how to reproduce this reliably please comment here on the issue or of course open a new one if the issue is significantly different.
