Dmitriy Serov created ASTERISK-25516:
----------------------------------------

Summary: Too many objects of the specified type (PJ_ETOOMANY). Failed to send Request msg OPTIONS.
                 Key: ASTERISK-25516
                 URL: https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-25516
             Project: Asterisk
          Issue Type: Bug
      Security Level: None
          Components: Resources/res_pjsip
    Affects Versions: 13.6.0
            Reporter: Dmitriy Serov

Periodically have trouble connecting via TLS. Restart the entire server temporarily helps to solve this problem. Could be wrong, but to version 13.6 (maybe 13.5) to this problem has not been noticed.

Assumption: Constant "Connection refused" overwhelms the limited list in PJProject.
