This is not a complete fix, I'm still trying to work out what the problem is. New error is:

configure.ac:84: error: required file 'auxdir/ltmain.sh' not found

> On a fresh clone from git.asterisk.org, automake fails during ./bootstrap.sh because auxdir does not exist, ultimately causing ./configure to fail because it cannot find install-sh. This patch changes bootstrap.sh to check for auxdir and create it if it does not exist.
